The Masonic Fraternity is the oldest and largest fraternal organization in the world, with over 5 million members worldwide, and over 3 million in the U.S. alone. Our members come from extremely diverse backgrounds, but all gather together to celebrate the principles and ideals that we all hold so dear under the banner of Brotherhood. Our membership has included 14 of our nations Presidents, multiple signers of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution, leaders of industry, social activists, philanthropists, war heroes, musicians, actors, and many men who by all other accounts may be considered just your average guy! While you may find it hard to believe that men from such varied and diverse socioeconomic backgrounds could come together and work toward the common good of all, you will find that in our Fraternity, not only do they do that, but they do so on the Level, and consider all men equal.
